Erika Godwin
Supporting Pet Care Professionals for 10+ years as Co-Founder of ProPet Software and Owner of Barketing Solutions based out of Ottawa, Ontario. Erika has sponsored many industry events, writes for PSI Magazine and has appeared on numerous podcasts and webinars.

Morag Willcox
Experienced pet care professional with over 25 years in business, based in Newmarket, Ontario. Leading a team of 22 employees, I am dedicated to refining systems and processes to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in pet care services.

Laura Tolhoek
Human Resource Expert
Laura is also a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). Her passion is navigating through situations with Managers, helping guide decisions, and instilling confidence with actionable steps. She is comfortable dealing with complex issues that arise in fast-paced industries and recognizes the tenacity required for a company, large or small, to be successful.

Candice Eckstein
Emotional Intelligence Expert
Candice is a member of the International Coach Federation and has been certified by schools in Canada and the US as both a personal executive coach and a business leadership coach. She is also certified in emotional intelligence (EQ-i 2.0) testing, training, and coaching.

Jennifer Bauldic
Cash Coach
After successfully navigating a handful of corporate positions where Jennifer streamlined several companies’ administrative process in order to realize greater profitability, she recognized that entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses needed more support with today’s technology and assistance in improving team effectiveness.
